Purpose

Provide stable dataclasses for registry reader APIs and native CLI output.

Responsibilities

- Represent queue history and plan lifecycle events without exposing raw JSON.
- Represent compact plan, actor, and orchestration status projections.
- Keep read-model types dependency-light and immutable.
