Detailed Description

oc_ui — UI layer for OC Chat (presenters, input, terminal rendering).

Purpose
-------
Top-level package marker for the OC Chat UI library. The package is
deliberately split from the core engine (``oc_chat/``) so a future
TUI / GUI / web frontend can subclass :class:`~oc_ui.presenter_base.
Presenter` without dragging in chat-loop dependencies.

Responsibilities
----------------
- Mark ``oc_ui/`` as a Python package.
- Expose the abstract presenter contract via ``presenter_base``.
- Hold the terminal subpackage (``oc_ui.terminal``) with concrete
  console / rich / logging presenters and the prompt driver.

Diagnostics
-----------
Domain: OC_UI.TERMINAL
Levels:
    L2 — lifecycle events
    L3 — semantic details
    L4 — deep tracing

Contracts
---------
- Module-level L4 ``_dbg`` is a diagnostics-coverage marker; it
  emits nothing at default verbosity (domain default is L2).
