What the cache decided for one run.

Attributes
----------
skipped
    Root-relative paths whose items are deselected, sorted.
keys
    Every candidate's key, ``None`` where it could not be built.
    The run's store writer needs these for the files that RAN.
since
    The OLDEST green timestamp among *skipped*, so the reported
    claim holds for every file it covers; None when nothing is
    skipped.
never_cached
    Root-relative Hypothesis files refused for unkeyed randomness.
    Each is reported once per run.
